OUR SERVICES.
Tailored for you.
Physiotherapy.
Our expert physiotherapists are primary care providers who are movement specialists of the human body. Physiotherapists at VERTMVMT REHAB are constantly involved in the diagnosis, assessment, examination, planning of rehabilitation, patient education, prognosis, health promotion and prevention of a range of conditions listed below. We work closely together with other medical professionals to address your injuries/conditions that limit your ability to physically move freely or efficiently to undertake activities of your daily life.
We offer in-house type appointments for our local north-west Sydney community, as well as mobile/telehealth appointments with our physiotherapists.
Exercise physiology.
Our exercise physiologists specialise in clinical exercise interventions with the aims of preventing or managing acute, sub-acute or chronic injuries/conditions in order to assist in restoring one’s optimal physical function, health or wellness. These interventions are exercise-based, but include health and physical activity education along with advice on lifestyle or behavioural change. Our exercise physiologists also assist with functional capacity assessments for work and offer exercise counselling to reduce sedentary lifestyle behaviours.
We offer outdoor group-based sessions and mobile/telehealth appointments with our exercise physiologists.
We tend to these conditions and more.
